The primary function of the internship is to assist with administrative tasks related to finance.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Data entry of new donor contact information into our Customer Relationship Management database
- Copy checks and correspondence received with checks
- Update daily check log
- Prepare/proofread acknowledgement letters before mailing to donors
- Data entry related to seasonal events including maintaining RSVP lists and tracking payments
- Assist with account payables
- Route invoices for approval
- Reconcile credit card statements with receipts
- Other tasks as assigned
