The JDRF Rocky Mountain One Walk attracts 5,000-7,000 walkers and raises over $800,000! These funds were donated from all across Colorado and Wyoming for research aimed to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes (T1D). It's because of dedicated volunteers and donors like you that today there are better treatments to help those with this disease live healthier and longer. But our work is not done- we still need a cure.
We are looking for Fun and Enthusiastic Volunteers to be walk Route and Check Point Monitors. You will keep walkers on route, cheer walkers on, maintain high energy of the event, and provide low blood sugar supplies around the route as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals, groups, and clubs! Volunteers must be 13 or older.
Hope you can help out with this amazing cause!
