We are currently accepting Volunteers for our annual Komen Central Florida Race for the Cure scheduled to take place on Saturday, February 17th (5:00-8:00pm) at Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte, Altamonte Springs.

Join us as a volunteer for our Race for the Cure and show your passion for the breast cancer cause by taking action! We welcome any and all fun-loving, enthusiastic, hard-working and reliable individuals who are willing to contribute to the success of this important event. By volunteering, not only will you make an impact in the fight against breast cancer, you will also have fun, feel rewarded and meet some truly incredible people -- survivors, family members, allies and more, all of whom have been impacted by this devastating disease.

You can volunteer as an individual or as a group (from a company or an organization).

There are 2 ways you can volunteer for the Race:

1) Helping with pre-race planning, organization and marketing in the months leading up to the Race.
2) Working with organizers and other volunteers on Race day to provide the best experience to our
participants.

If you are interested in volunteering in either capacity, please email us at: race@komencentralflorida.org letting us know what you are interested in helping us do. There will be many different volunteer positions needed (e.g., Registration, Kids Zone, Merchandise Sales, Water Stations, Team Tailgate, Survivor Tents, Cheerleaders, Parking, Set-up/Break-down, Cleaning up, etc.)
