Hotline volunteers receive special training to help at our emergency shelters answer incoming calls. They work with our shelter staff to find resources and answer questions callers have about our services and how to access shelter. The hotline and shelter are open 24/7.

Mission Statement
The mission of Hope’s Door New Beginning Center is to offer intervention and prevention services to individuals and families affected by intimate partner and family violence and to provide education programs that enhance the community’s capacity to respond.
