We are looking for solar cooks who can share the solar cooking story with Sacramenot area elementary schools.
You will be paired with someone who has done this before, but you must have knowledge of solar cooking and how it is being used in the world today. (you can learn that by visiting solarcooking.org and exploring).
Schedules vary, and you can do one demo a year, or one a month, depending on your own desire to get involved.
Please reply with a list of your experiences with solar cooking. Do you own one? (We have demo versions in our offices).

SCI empowers women, halts deforestation, and has more than 500 collaborators in over 135 countries.

SCI advocates through its special consultative status at the United Nations to educate more NGOs and government representatives about the transformational power of solar cooking for their constituents.
