They say it is not what you know, it is who you know... Come volunteer at the Oregon Small Business Fair and you get both!

As a volunteer you'll be able to connect with key players in various organizations and agencies AND get information about service and resources for small business/entrepreneurs.

If you've ever thought about starting your own business or have already started a small business, this is an opportunity to make those key connections and ask questions for yourself.

Oregon Small Business Fair is a one-day free event with 50 exhibitors and 6 workshops providing information in a non-selling environment to small business owners and entrepreneurs.

We expect 300+ people to attend and depend on our volunteers to make the Fair run smoothly. ​All of our "staff" are volunteers, but we can't do it all. We need a lot of help the day of the fair and have a number of roles that we need filled -

• Graciously greet and register/check-in attendees. Digital check-in (EventBrite) requires mobile device (and internet connection) - 3
• Escort/Monitors both in the exhibit hall or at the workshop - 7
• Traffic Directors (outside) - Entrance of Warner Pacific Campus directing to Exhibit Hall and Parking Lots - 2
• Floaters - 2
• Video Interviews - capture short interviews (1.5 - 2 min each) on your smart phone suitable for use on website and social media - 1

Volunteer Orientation will take place the week of ​September 11th - details to be arranged.
