20 Volunteer spaces available ! If committing an email will be sent with information about the event and instructions with the parking pass. If you commit and cannot attend please provide 48 hours notice so we can fill your spot.

Volunteers run registers servicing food and beverages including beer to concert goers (Must be 18 to serve) Kitchen help is also needed to prepare food.

The concert atmosphere at Gillette is high energy and full of excitement. We typically run concession stands on the 100 or 300 level. The music will be awesome and there are lulls during the concert to venture out and check out the stage and crowd. Food and soda/water is provided for volunteers.

Volunteers help set up and clean up the stand which stays open through the last set when we finish up and make sure our bank breaks even.

Gillette gives a percentage of sales to the Tanzania School Foundation and all tips are donated to support the St Nicolas School and students in Arusha, Tanzania Africa.

As a volunteer board member for the association I am dedicated to supporting the foundation to raise awareness and provide services to create fun activities to support the efforts here in the US.
