Our non-profit agency takes in used medical equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, shower chairs, etc.) to give to patients in Dallas who do not have health insurance and cannot afford to purchase the equipment needed for their recovery.
We are required by the state health department to sanitize all the donated equipment to standards. We are looking for volunteers to come in individually or in a group once a week to assist our technician with the backlog of donated medical equipment. Currently we have equipment to get our wait list reduced significantly but are short on the resources necessary to keep up with the demand in Dallas county.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

- Volunteers need to come dressed in comfortable clothing as they will be sanitizing medical equipment.
