Family Eldercare's Lifetime Connections Without Walls program offers group activities via a conference call to home bound older adults in the community. We are seeking a Spanish speaking volunteer to facilitate a short coffee talk session (30 minutes once a week.) Share trivia, stories, or life updates with a group of engaging older adults. This is a remote position and requires access to a reliable phone, internet provider, and computer. Basic background check is required (volunteer will need Texas ID to complete background check.) Training and support provided.

Description
Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
