The Arts of Life advances the creative arts community by providing artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities a collective space to expand their practice and strengthen their leadership. Van Go Go, the North Shore band, is a growing collaborative of musicians with and without developmental disabilities across the greater Chicago area. We get together every week to collaborate on various musical projects. We'd like to work with an animator to partner with individual band members to create animated music videos and digital files of specific songs, inspired by the song writer's visual arts practice. Each band member has an extensive creative practice we would like to make connections between their visual work and musical work.

Qualifications

• Experience with Media Arts and Animation
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

• Open to developing & collaborating with artists on a personal and professional level
• Available during studio hours M-F 9am-3pm
• Creative and Innovative
