The Arts of Life advances the creative arts community by providing artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities a collective space to expand their practice and strengthen their leadership.
Van Go Go, the North Shore band, is a growing collaborative of musicians with and without developmental disabilities across the greater Chicago area. We get together every week to collaborate on various musical projects. The band is seeking a drummer who is available to practice every Tuesday 10am-2pm and occasional gigs throughout the year (5-10).
Qualifications
- Well practiced and experienced drummer
- Available Tuesdays 10am-2pm
- Committed
- Willing to travel to rehearsal in Glenview, IL
- Open to developing & collaborating with musicians on a personal and professional level
