Everybody loves a parade! Help make the 2021 Neptune Festival parade the best ever! Volunteer are needed for:
Float drivers - Volunteers with pick-up trucks or SUVs are needed to tow floats, and volunteers with convertibles are needed to carry VIPs.
Parade marshals - Marshals are needed along the parade route, to keep cars off the parade route and monitor parade units. Large groups welcome!
Staging - This opportunity is perfect for military and corporate groups. Assist with lining up and positioning parade units.
Parade supervisors - Approximately 20 volunteers are needed to supervise parade marshals and follow parade units to keep them moving smoothly. A pre-parade training session is required.

The Neptune Festival provides a quality, safe and diverse mix of events and activities which will enhance family values and togetherness, provide a vehicle by which business organizations can return value to Virginia Beach through support and sponsorships while receiving promotional and marketing values, create positive economic impact, allow an opportunity for non-profit, civic and charitable entities to enhance fund raising for their individual groups and to showcase the unique location of Virginia Beach as a city by the sea.
