The Director of Partnership Development helps execute our partnership strategy by working collaboratively with the VP for Partnership Development and the Board to identify, conduct outreach and leverage new partnership prospects for NOVACBA. Experience in business development, meeting with high-level key decision-makers, and public speaking highly preferred.

Fueled by the Conscious Capitalism(r), mindfulness, and other similar movements, NOVACBA helps Virginia organizations leverage practices that are proven to help businesses and their stakeholder communities collaborate, innovate and be sustainably high-performing.
