Are you excited about technology? Do you have a passion for helping others? This is an opportunity to assist adults in improving their basic computer skills while also encouraging them to develop a broader comfort with technology. Foresthill Library offers drop-in technology assistance on Thursdays from 1-2 pm and the first Tuesday of every month from 5-6 pm.
Must have a strong knowledge of basic technology and computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email basics, Internet basics, and Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive)
Must possess patience, flexibility, dependability, and excellent oral communication skills
Must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently and clearly
Livescan clearance is required and provided free of charge
Age 18 or older
One-on-one training session on computer class protocols
