Join the Green Kirkland Partnership to help with the restoration of Kiwanis Park. Volunteers will spend the morning doing a mix of restoration activities which may include removing aggressive invasive species like ivy and blackberry and spreading mulch over cleared areas. No experience is necessary and we encourage volunteers of all ages to join us!

Our Mission is to restore and maintain healthy forested and natural parklands by building a supportive community that works together to protect Kirkland’s valuable natural resources for current and future generations. Achieving this involves training and supporting volunteers in restoration activities.
Description
The Green Kirkland Partnership is an alliance between the City of Kirkland, nonprofit partners, businesses and the community to restore almost 500 acres of natural parkland in the City. The majority of the restoration efforts are accomplished by our dedicated volunteers. These volunteers may join us just one time or volunteer again and again. It takes everyone to restore our natural areas!
