Internship Description
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with video production and to build or expand a portfolio of work. As a Video Production Intern at Fall River Community Media, you’ll help us create compelling video content for events ranging from cultural activities to lectures and conferences and college basketball games. Your completed work will be published on platforms including our two websites, social media, and FRCTV Channel 95.
We are currently looking for assistance to cover:
- Local news
- Community events
- Bristol Community College sports
- Bristol Community College events
Internships are non-paid positions.
Requirements and Timing
FRCMedia is located at Bristol Community College in Fall River, Mass., and internships are now available for the winter 2018 semester. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with video production and editing as well as the ability to work independently. Interns also need to be able to provide their own transportation to local events.

Description
Fall River Community Media is an award-winning multimedia center that was founded in 2000 as a partnership between the City of Fall River and Bristol Community College. We manage Fall River Community Television (FRCTV Channel 95), a public access station that broadcasts over 20 locally produced programs. We also manage FRCMedia News, an online multimedia news resource and weekly TV program focused on topics that impact Fall River residents.
