The Social Communities Manager manages NOVACBA social communities on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook to build followers, engagement, and to target both community-building and marketing goals. The manager develops editorial calendars, crafts messages, and conceives campaigns to advance goals of the organization.

NOVACBA is a volunteer hands-on, working board in the Northern Virginia area that meets virtually on a monthly basis to grow the organization and community. The estimated time investment is 8-10 hours per month.

The Northern Virginia Conscious Business Alliance (NOVACBA) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization formed by a group of business professionals with a shared passion for conscious business practices and their potential for helping people and their organizations thrive. Fueled by the Conscious Capitalism(r), mindfulness, and other similar movements, NOVACBA helps Virginia organizations leverage practices that are proven to help businesses and their stakeholder communities collaborate, innovate and be sustainably high-performing.
