The Patient Safety Community Member Volunteer is a partner who will participate on the Patient Safety Committee for the purpose of promoting the health and safety of patients, reviewing and evaluating the quality of patient safety measures used by the facility, and providing input for the facility’s patient safety plan implementation.
Must be able able to attend meetings (monthly or quarterly)
Age 18 or older
High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
Experience in participating in meetings and/or committees preferred.
Career experience outside of healthcare preferred.
