Hello! Science Delivered is looking for something a little unusual. We need 2 large round covers that will fit over large inflatable beach balls. The covers must look like Jupiter and Saturn. This is for a "Spacey Science" Science Lab where we show students the scaled (relative) sizes of the planets.
Jupiter is a 28 inch diameter and Saturn is a 24 inch diameter. If you don't have measuring tape near you note this is pretty big! We currently use paper mache planets but they are difficult to fit in vehicles and carry back and forth to classrooms.
Science Delivered will pay for all materials and we are even happy to pay you for your time. Ideally we'd like this by by the end of September so please e-mail if you are able to help!

Representation matters. Here we look to the FermiLabproject for inspiration. Through our presenters, volunteers, and science history activities, we aim to show the diverse group of people who've contributed to STEM knowledge.
Description
Science Delivered is a mobile lab that brings the field trip to you! We provide a range of STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) classes for elementary school students. All activities are carefully picked and created for maximum engagement and learning. Science Delivered is a labor of love and founded on the principle is that STEM education is beneficial for all students, whether they grow up to work in business, a trade, policy, science or technology. Understanding science builds confidence and critical thinking.
