Please join us for our Wildlife Program Training
October 4th, 11am - 2pm (Indoor/Outdoor event) Ladera Linda Community Center, 32201 Forrestal Dr, Rancho Palos Verdes
October 11th, 8:45am - 12pm, San Pedro (register for details)
Please note you must attend both trainings in order to become a Wildlife Tracking volunteer. This event registers you for both dates.
Dedicated volunteers are needed to monitor wild foxes and coyotes in the Palos Verdes Nature Preserve. No experience required and all training provided. Minimum age 16.

The mission of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy (PVPLC) is to "preserve land and restore habitat for the education and enjoyment of all."
Description
The Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy (PVPLC) manages over 1600 acres of open space on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, and two nature centers with native plant demonstration gardens. The PVPLC engages volunteers in the development and maintenance of native plant gardens in order to demonstrate how gardening with native plants is beneficial for the environment.
