We are excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming Poway Community Day Festival taking place on Saturday, September 8 th directly following the Poway Days Parade. The Community Day Festival will bring together upwards of 10,000 community members to Poway Community Park for food vendors, arts and crafts, kid’s games and rides, a Battle of the Bands and robotics competition and so much more!
Volunteers are needed for several different shifts, ranging from early morning, mid-day and afternoon to evening shifts. All volunteers will be provided a Poway Days shirt, snacks and beverages throughout their shift. There are several opportunities available from set-up to breakdown, traffic control, ticket taking, facilitation of the kids zone, stage facilitation, vendor management and so much more! We will be sure to find an opportunity that best suits your needs and wants.
Flexible Shift Schedule:
Set-Up: 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM (5 Hours)
Morning: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (5 Hours)
Afternoon: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM (5 Hours)
Breakdown: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (5 Hours)
