This is offered at Tallwood Elementary, Rosemont Elementary and Centerville Elementary from September until November. Supervisors are required to adhere and enforce the rules set out by the division of Virginia Beach Parks and Rec Department and West Kempsville Youth Athletics. Example of this is no entry into school facilities prior to 6:30, no food or drinks allowed in schools, sweeping the gym floor at the end of the evening. Volunteer Hours available range from 1-2 hours an evening up to 5 days a week. Training is provided.

West Kempsville Youth Athletics, Inc. was created to develop within the participants an appreciation for sports and the role that sports play in the formation of moral values, good citizenship, and community.
