Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Post 7824 invite volunteers to join them for various work parties through out the year at the VFW Memorial Plaza. Attend in support, honor and respect of our veterans! Main volunteer priorities are to pick up litter, remove invasive plants, spread mulch and more.
We ask all volunteers to wear long pants, closed-toe shoes and work gloves. We look forward to volunteering with you!

Whether it’s picking up litter in a neighborhood park, serving on a board or commission, or anything in-between, volunteers are creating positive change throughout the City of Vancouver. We welcome volunteers for one-time events, as well as those who would like to donate their time on a regular basis. Whatever your interests are, we can help find a volunteer role for you!
