"I Have a Dream" Foundation of Boulder County is a non profit that support low income students to and through college. We are in search of an individual to meet one-on-one with a Middle School student after school, 2 to 5 days per week (up to you!).
This young man is very high achieving and high energy, therefore will greatly benefit from one-on-one attention. You will support him in his homework and then a multitude of activities for the remainder of the time. He does best with activities that are highly engaging and challenging, such as programming, robotics, etc. He also likes to play sports and be silly.
The ideal candidate would be able to meet him after school (3:35pm-4:45pm) at least 2 times per week and plan a variety of activities for the two of you to do once he is done with his homework. If you are someone that likes a variety of activity, weekly connection with the same student, and are able to go from homework helper to goofy playmate in the span of an hour, this is the perfect position for you!
