ORGANIZATION: YWCA Alternatives to Domestic Violence Safe Shelters

You would be helping to get much needed food and hygiene items donated for the women and children staying at the YWCA Domestic Violence Safe Shelter. We are holding 2 Drives in 1 Day at two area grocery stores. Both Rosauers stores are on the south hill.

We need volunteers to pass out "shopping lists" that we provide, to customers as they enter the store. Asking them to consider donating one or more of these items to the Domestic Violence Shelter on their way out.

We would be responsible for any set up, check in with management, and delivery of collected items to the Safe Shelter.

This is a fun and enjoyable way to really help families in need. It would great opportunity for a couple of friends, a group of coworkers, or a way for a single person to meet like minded people in their area!
