Homestead Hospice needs your help to spend time with our patients and caregivers facing life limiting illnesses. You can read to them, hold their hand, listen to them, go for walks, play cards, have simple conversations with them, watch televison, or simply be present. We also need volunteers to be present with our patients and provide caregivers an opportunity to run errands or go out to lunch with friends, in order to avoid caregiver burnout. If you have 2 hours a week and a caring heart we need you!
