Resident assistants are mentors and role models to our residents. They develop relationships with residents and have regular one-on-one interactions to get to know each resident individually. A Resident Assistant encourages each resident to reach their goals, abilities, and potential for achievement. She provides support, encouragement and leadership to the residents. She also makes sure the resident is doing what she is supposed to such as chores, cooking, etc.

Overnight Resident Assistants are able to sleep in a private bedroom equipped with a bed, television, and desk for those who need to do homework.

Shifts are as follows:

11:30am to 4:30pm

4:30pm to 8:00pm

8:00pm to 7am.
