Assist an adult learner and long-term care resident with tutoing in basic skills. Tutor would also assist as a scribe, to wite for the resident to prepare for GED.
May also assist with computer program/ assistive technology being utilized for GED program.
Would be a great position for a retired teacher/ teaching assistant

Description
Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill (DHCI) is the largest nursing home in the State of Delaware. DHCI first opened its doors in 1933 as a statewide Welfare home to replace the county almshouses. DHCI has evolved over time from a welfare home to hospital to what it is today - a long-term care facility licensed as a nursing home providing nursing and medical care at the skilled and intermediate levels. Admission requirements include both a financial and medical need.
