Help our busy Intake Team in the Northfield Senior & Family Services office with phone, computer, and paperwork assistance. Volunteers are needed to retrieve voicemails, create callback lists, schedule benefit appointments with clients, make follow up phone calls, and perform basic computer work. Training will be provided for our CDS computer software. Volunteers must be comfortable using the phone and computer, handling sensitive information, and talking to the public. Volunteers are asked to commit to a 3-4 hour shift one day per week (day and hours are flexible).
