During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to participate in our Impact Sector survey, access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Please consider sharing your time and talents with those in need. Our services have increased by 74% due to the financial devastation families are facing because of COVID-19. As a volunteer, you can help change the lives of our neighbors in crisis during this very uncertain time. Due to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are not holding Volunteer Orientations at this time. However, you can still begin volunteering with assurance that we have taken several precautionary measures with the heath and safety of our staff and volunteers as our top priority.
Volunteers in our food pantry/warehouse are needed to help sort, package and distribute food to those in need.
Volunteers are needed Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Participant Notes: All participants must fill out a volunteer application and are subject to a background check.
Families who are experiencing difficult economic times can come to Catholic Charities to ease the burden of feeding their families. We at Catholic Charities embrace our clients by lending a helping hand when times are tough. Our mission is to advocate for, serve, and empower those in need. We strive to give nutritional food that will sustain families until they can get back on their feet.
Donations from the community are greatly appreciated and needed. Items needed on a daily basis are canned goods, rice, beans, pasta, tomato sauce, tuna, peanut butter, cereal, and soup. If you or your organization are interested in holding a food drive or sponsoring our pantry for a day, please contact Ashlee Wolf (559) 237-0851 Ext. 1105 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
