The September 15th date for the 4th annual Harvest Party dinner is rapidly approaching, which means the committee needs volunteers the day of the dinner to help make this happen. If you missed the opportunity to purchase tickets, this is a very unique way to participate both behind the scenes and amidst the attendees. Why volunteer? Great opportunity to be apart of Harvest Party and support the Cobblestone Project programs for 2018! The dinner showcases Cobblestone Farm's freshest ingredients in a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. For more information about the event check out our Facebook or visit www.harvestpartynwa.org. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
- Volunteer Check-in (2) - check in all volunteers and direct them to station (4:00 pm - 5:30 pm)
- Setup (10) - set tables with linens, silverware, plates, glasses (4:00 pm - 6:30 pm)
- Guest Check-in (4) - take guest’s tickets and check off names on guest list (5:00 pm - 7:30 pm)
- Sales & Raffel table (4) - Help guests purchase raffle tickets and tshirts. Make also assist with silent auction. (6:30pm-10:30)
- Server (20) - serve guests. Chef Luke will provide "training" before the dinner. Early volunteers can also be Servers. *Multiple Shifts available* (5:00 pm - 10:30 pm)
- Clean-up (15) - Help restore the Mortar Farm’s barn to its normal state (8:00 pm-11:00 pm)

The Cobblestone Project is a local non-profit passionately committed to hunger relief by donating over half of production to local food agencies in NWA. Our mission is to grow fresh food locally to address food insecurity in our community.
We exist to: Provide access to fresh food to those who struggle to meet their basic needs. Motivate individuals in our community to live sustainably and advocate for the food insecure. Partner with local hunger relief agencies and sustainable development programs.
