Help to give children in the Birdville School District from low income families a FREE back pack, school supplies and fresh produce at this DRIVE THROUGH event!
We have several shifts during the day (3 /12 hours each) to choose from.
We need teams to fill cars with backpacks and supplies, greeters, Spanish (Arabic, Vietnamese and French interpreters, traffic directors, water runners, car prep teams, a clean up crew and much more!!!
Volunteers must be 14 years old or over (ages 14-17 must have an adult present).
Lunch and hospitality will be provided for all volunteers!
We are observing all county orders for social distancing and mask wearing. All volunteers will be outside
in the parking lot.

Description
The CEC provides housing and case management support for homeless families working to become self-sufficient. The CEC also runs a food pantry that serves low-income people in northeast Tarrant County.

- Most volunteers shifts are 3 1/2 hours between 7:00am - 3:00pm. Shifts and volunteer duties vary. See website for volunteer duty and time choices.
