I am currently looking for a volunteer to help relieve a family member to take her kids to practice, grocery shopping etc. It would be helpful in the evening or weekends but she will be happy with whatever services we can provide. Her father lives with her full time, and he is a very very sweet man so it would be a wondeful volunteering oppurtunity. Patient was in the korean war and enjoys talking about it.

At Heartland Hospice, we give comfort care to those nearing the end of life with an emphasis on Living.

As a Heartland Volunteer, you will become part of our hospice team bringing joy and meaning to someone's life, visiting with an assigned patient. Reading to the them, singing with them, playing music or most important of all just listening.

Our patients live throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, from West Chester, Hamilton, to the Eastside and the Westside, so you will be assigned to a patient in an area of the Tri-State close to you. We need the time and gifts you have to give and maybe you need us.
