Esperanza is accepting volunteer inquiries from individuals who would like to become more involved with parents & families in our Hispanic community. Family Engagement empowers parents/families to be their children’s "first teachers" and educates them on navigating and engaging the educational system. The GED Program provides adults an opportunity to learn the subjects of the GED test in order to pass.
This volunteer is responsible for providing GED instruction to adults. Volunteers should be bilingual, have prior public speaking/GED teaching experience, complete Esperanza on boarding process, and pass Esperanza background check.
