Second Harvest is looking for a team of volunteers to meet at the warehouse to pack bags for the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). CSFP bags are given to seniors in Madison and Hamilton counties to supplement their pantries so they have extra food for the month.
The CSFP team will consist of 12-15 volunteers and will meet at an agreed upon time each week at our warehouse to pack bags.
Please contact the volunteer coordinator directly to sign-up for this ongoing project. This is a new program and an excellent opportunity to feed the community

America's Second Harvest Food Bank serves 11 counties in the Big Bend of Florida. Through our network of 135 partner agencies including local food pantries, soup kitchens and charitable organizations, we feed 55,000 food-insecure people each month.
