Ronald McDonald Easter Egg Hunt
Here's a recent photo from the Easter Egg Hunt we put on at Ronald McDonald House. Props to Hannah for stepping up to be the Easter Bunny! :D

We are the Seattle Chapter of Active 20-30 International, a service organization for Women and Men in their 20's and 30's. Active 20-30 is focused on helping children in each club's local community. The Seattle Club (Club #215) is currently working with Ronald McDonald House, Candlelighters for Children with Cancer, West Side Baby Corner, and East Side Baby Corner.

While our organization is formed around the focus of helping serve children in our community, the club is a also a great social opportunity to build friendships with like-minded Men and Women in our club, in the National Organization, and Internationally.

Active 20-30 of the United States and Canada currently has about 50 clubs throughout the country, with Active 20-30 International also containing dozens more clubs throughout Latin America. Active 20-30 International is also a member of the World Council of Service Organizations (WOCO) with many more organizations spread all around the world. All of this provides amazing opportunities for travel, Regionally, Nationally, and Internationally, and opportunities for leadership at each of these levels.

Feel free to check out our Wikipedia page, and ask me (Max Williams) if you have any further questions about the club.

Mission Statement

"One never stands so tall as when kneeling to help a child."

Description

The Active 20-30 Club US & Canada develops leaders and serves the needs of children in nearly 50 clubs coast-to-coast. Each chapter or club is locally run by a volunteer board of directors and members focused on serving the unique needs of their local communities.

Every club has its own particular focus, whether it's fundraising or community service, each has a common goal to improve the quality of life for the youth of the community.

It's not all "business" in Active 20-30, though. Our members also like to have fun and build friendships across the organization. This is why social and networking events play a large part in making Active 20-30 US & Canada the service organization for young professionals.

In addition to local events organized by each individual club, the National Board of Directors coordinates regional and national events including regional gatherings, national midterm meetings and the annual national convention. Members are strongly encouraged to support the members and activities of the other clubs in their own region.
