My New Red Shoes helps homeless and low-income children look and feel confident as they start the school year by providing them with the gift of new clothing and shoes. Founded in 2006, My New Red Shoes has impacted the lives of more than 55,000 homeless and low-income children.
My New Red Shoe's is looking for a skilled volunteer to assist us with the design and layout of our Fashion Show Fundraiser program. The program will be a full size booklet (8.5x11) for our upcoming Rock the Runway Fashion Show Fundraiser event. More details can be found at our event site: www.rocktherunway.org and we'll want the program to convey the same look and feel as the site.

Description
Children living in poverty confront many hardships, but the stress and impact of hot having their basic needs met is consistently cited by researchers, educators, and child welfare advocates as a major barrier to children's healthy development and success in school. By mobilizing resources and advocating for children and families experiencing economic hardship, MNRS actively works to reduce the impact of income inequality. Since 2006, MNRS has connected more than 100,000 local children and their families to resources and supports that boost quality of life, provide stability, strengthen well-being, and cultivate a sense of belonging.
