Our new enrichment center located in Bala Cynwyd will have offer an arry of volunteer opportunities to enhance the lives of our clients through our programming to include: art and culinary therapy, yoga and mindfullness, financial empowerment and holiday celebrations. Volunteers will connect with Holocaust Survivors, Older Adults, people living with disabilities and children to help make a difference.

All of our programs will have a therapeutic and educational component.

To become a volunteer you must have a background and criminal check as well as attend a JFCS orienation.

You may check out our volunteer hub for opportunities but cannot sign up until a background check is complete.

Jewish Family and Children's Service (JFCS) of Greater Philadelphia nurtures and supports children, youth, and families in every phase of the life cycle through emergency assistance, counseling, chaplaincy, and other vital programs. Each day JFCS reaches out and supports the needs of individuals, families, and communities through its major programmatic areas: Children, Youth, and Family Services; Adult Services; Senior Services; Education and Outreach Services; Jewish Community Services; and Open Arms Adoption Network.
