The YMCA has been actively assisting the homeless and at-risk-of-homelessness population in Columbus since 1997. We provide supportive housing, supportive services & service coordination, and employment services & support. Our goal is to provide individuals the opportunity to improve their quality of life.
You will help to serve evening meals to guests staying at the Van Buren Shelter. Meals are already cooked and just need portioned out to the guest as they come through. This is a great opportunity for a small group to regularly volunteer.
