Purpose:
Oversee the utilization and access of Volunteer Connection, the official American Red Cross volunteer management system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as departmental champion of Volunteer Connection
* Provide expert support and guidance to department in the proper and maximized utilization of Volunteer Connection
* Establish an ongoing Volunteer Connection training calendar
* Conduct Volunteer Connection training, using official American Red Cross training materials for volunteers and volunteer supervisors
