Purpose:
Training is as an essential component of strengthening our capabilities as volunteer managers. Through this training, we are working towards establishing a strong volunteer engagement platform which is conducive to growing volunteer participation and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Instruct Volunteer Services courses in partnership with Doctrine and Training NHQ training plan to the respective region.
-Responsible for 2-4 hours of facilitation per session.
-Responsible to teach a minimum of 3 times a year
-Prepare materials for course participants and provide/respond to evaluation.
- Assist with set up the day before of the course.
-Preparation to teach: 1 hour meeting with co-facilitators to review day.
