Patient Care Volunteers
- Support could include: companionship, caregiver relief, reading, listening, running errands, grocery shopping, and craft projects - mostly in facilities, but some clients remain at home.
- Provide special therapies such as Reiki, aromatherapy, pet therapy and music therapy
Hospice provides physical, emotional and spiritual support for terminally ill patients and their families. All volunteers receive specialized training and ongoing support and are an integral part of the hospice team of caregivers. On your own time. In your own way. With your special skills. Help to make every moment matter.
Hospice volunteers are integral to helping make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families!
