Project LIFT Open House Event will showcase how our organization that empowers youth to be self- confident and productive citizens through life preparation and academic support. This event will be held on August 19th from 1:00 - 4:00 pm at 2385 Holcomb Bridge Rd, Roswell, Ga 30076. The event welcomes volunteers to come learn about the program and explore volunteer opportunities we offer.
There are two shifts:
12:00- 1:00 pm: Set Up
1:00- 4:00 pm: Usher
The set-up will include setting up chairs/tables, creating sign-in sheet/table, layout refreshments, hang up displays, etc. The ushering will include helping people get to their proper workshop and help assist with the fluidity of the event.

Description
Project LIFT, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, is a performance based mentoring program that provides participants with a personal mentor (Coach) to help them improve their academic performance and enhance their abilities to withstand daily challenges as a teen. During the school year, students attend academic and personal development sessions. During these sessions students focus on their goals and how to achieve them. These sessions provide academic support, mentor and peer accountability, and life skills development.
