We are looking for volunteers to help with the following:

Rehabilitation Therapy

Assisting therapists in planning and implementing programs, such as: walking, games, arts and crafts, handwriting practice, computer skills and occupational therapy.

Speech Therapy

Assisting certified speech therapists with speech and language activities - one-on-one and group - for clients who have communication deficits.

Entertainment

Offering your musical talents, therapeutic dancing, comedy, novelty acts, theater, etc.

Exercise Therapy

Assisting with client physical therapies, answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Dining Room & Kitchen

Assisting the Chef with food preparation, serving meals and helping with clean-up.

Thrift Shop

Greeting customers, helping them find treasures, making sales and merchandising -i.e. organizing, pricing and displaying goods.

Building & Maintenance

Providing light maintenance, gardening and building care services.

Office

Being a receptionist, providing secretarial services or being a tour guide.

Special Events

◦ Assist with special events - before & during

Public Relations

Writing articles for the Center Newsletter, administering social media and delivering materials to local physician offices and hospitals.

Volunteer Program

Assisting with volunteer recruitment and special projects.

Board of Directors

Serving as a board member, ambassador, fundraiser and consultant.
