The 2018 hurricane season has been extraordinarily active in parts of the U.S., with Hurricane Florence currently impacting millions in the Carolinas. Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake. Club activities help us fulfill our Priority Outcomes: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Good Character and Citizenship.
We do not have weekend or evening volunteer opportunities. All volunteers must be able to work afternoons for at least 1 hour a week for a minimum of 3 months. Club sites are typically open from 3 pm - 6:30 pm (some exceptions exist).
Before volunteering, all volunteers must: -Complete an online application -Attend orientation -Pass a background check ($16) -Meet for an interview
