A Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) is a volunteer appointed by the Court to advocate for the best interests of a child who has been abused or neglected. To do this the CASA must research the facts of the case, create a case plan, facilitate collaboration between all parties on the case and the resolution of presenting problems, recommend a course of action to the Court, and monitor progress toward established goals.

Volunteers are also needed across the state for Board of Directors positions, media/public relations, fund raising and other opportunities.
