The volunteer is responsible for:
- Producing a quarterly membership newsletter
- Collect materials/articles from library staff and other volunteers
- Organizes the layout
- Selects graphics for the newsletter layout that highlight the article
- Sends draft to Friends of the Children's Library for proof, when needed make revisions
