Invertigo Dance Theatre is a Los Angeles dance company which creates powerful, whimsical and fresh dance theatre and programming. As Invertigo celebrates its 10th year, we are looking for some exceptional volunteers to help with programming and administrative activities.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Helping at Invertigo’s events, including our 10th Anniversary party on Oct. 22nd - assisting with registration/check-in, ticketing, parking, catering, ushering, etc.
• Assisting our staff with general office work - mailers, filing, marketing, etc.
• Weekly volunteers for our Dancing Through Parkinson’s program. This special program provides dance classes designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease (and other degenerative diseases), as well as their friends, family, and care-partners.

Invertigo volunteers will receive:

• Free and discounted tickets to our showings and performances
• Exposure to the workings of an LA performing arts company
• Experience with nonprofit and arts administration
• Meeting lots of cool people excited about the same things as you!
