Help! We need somebody! Lake Stevens Community Food Bank is seeking drivers and driver helpers. No CDL required, just the willingness to drive (or ride in) a box truck to pick up food one morning per week. Thank you!
We are currently in need of driver's helpers for Tuesdays and Thursdays this is a long-term commitment position. You need only commit to one day per week for this opportunity.
We also need people to train to be substitute/backup drivers for Mon-Thur. This is a substitute on-call position driving a small box truck. No CDL is required, but a clean driving abstract is necessary.
In either position, you should be able to lift 50 pounds and climb in and out of a box truck repeatedly. The routes take approximately 3 hours and start times are 8 or 9 am depending on the day of the week.
I hope to hear from you soon about this rewarding opportunity!
