CENTER Experience is a community awareness event where teams from local businesses join us & participate in a variety of adaptive sport activities. We're seeking volunteers to assist our staff to manage sport areas & assist with officiating, timing, measuring, etc. No previous experience needed with adaptive sport; we will provide instruction & orientation the the tasks, but active, energetic volunteers are needed. Sport areas include: wheelchair basketball, wheelchair softball, seated volleyball, wheelchair slalom relays, and rowing. Prefer volunteers to be available all day from 8:00am - 4:30pm, but can use assistance for morning or afternoon shifts.

The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges is a recreation center that provides adaptive recreation, rehabilitative and community reintegration programming to members that have a physical challenge. Therapeutic activities provided assist in individuals maintaining or improving their health and lifestyle through active participation in the provided programming.
